SHIPPING:

We operate all year around. Day and night. All orders will be handled within 24 hours and are sent out from our showroom in Sweden or directly from our mobile studio (figure out current location here) within 5 business days of your order placement.

Normal delivery time is between 5-20 working days depending on when your order is processed and also, what country you want your order to be shipped to. Feel free to contact us any time with your questions regarding your order.

Please note that that we do our best to make sure that the online shop is up to date, if there is a problem you will get an email within 48 hours. Once your order is settled you will receive a confirmation email through Paypal that we have received your order, this means we have got everything we need to ship your order and we will contact you in case of any problem or if any confirmations are needed.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS:

Unfortunatley we cannot do any returns on our dresses. They are bought as seen. Please make sure that you really really are found of the dress you choose to buy and if you are not sure of the fit then email us for the measurements. We want to do all in order to find the best home for our dresses.

However we also appreciate to avoid any extra transportation to be done.

If there is an unexpectected problem within 14 days of the delivery of the dress, a full refund minus the shipping, Paypal and a handling  fee of 10€ will be given. The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to dreamandawake. Items lost in transport will not be compensated for.

COLOURS:

We do not guarantee that colours on the website are fully equivalent to the actual colours of the dresses though this varies from computer to computer.
